Renaming a vocational college: Is it necessary to reissue the vocational training activity registration certificate?

Based on the provisions at Clause 5, Article 5 of Decree 140/2018/ND-CP:

Vocational education institutions, after renaming, shall continue to organize training in the disciplines and professions that have been granted a certificate of registration for vocational education activities by the competent authority.

According to this regulation, the renaming of vocational education institutions does not change the disciplines, professions, and vocational education activities that the institution has been granted in the certificate of registration for vocational education activities.

vocational colleges, after renaming, shall continue to operate according to the contents of the certificate of vocational activity registration that has been granted without needing to apply for reissuance.
