Regulations on the Color of Ink Used in the High School Graduation Exam
Based on Clause 4 Article 14 of the High School Graduation Exam Regulations issued together with Circular 15/2020/TT-BGDDT, which stipulates what candidates must comply with in the exam room, Point e of this Article states “only one ink color is allowed to be used (red ink is not permitted).”
Accordingly, candidates are only allowed to use one ink color for each of their exams and are not allowed to use red ink. Therefore, if you use blue ink for the Literature exam and black ink for the Mathematics exam, it does not violate the exam regulations as long as each exam uses only one ink color (not red ink).
