Regulations on Handling Complaints in CAND Recruitment
According to Article 11 of Circular 44/2021/TT-BCA (Effective from June 16, 2021) regulations on handling complaints, denunciations, petitions, and reflections in admissions are as follows:
Officers, soldiers of the People's Public Security, and citizens have the right to lodge complaints, denunciations, petitions, and reflections upon discovering violations in admissions to the People's Public Security. Complaints, denunciations, petitions, and reflections regarding admissions to the People's Public Security sent to the Police of units, localities, and People's Public Security schools must be received, examined, processed, and resolved promptly by the Head of the unit in accordance with legal regulations. If necessary, report to the competent authority to resolve in accordance with the law and regulations of the Ministry of Public Security. Errors in the admission work of Police units, localities, and People's Public Security schools must be resolved, processed, and remedied promptly to ensure the rights and interests of officers, soldiers, and citizens participating in admissions.
In cases where it has been verified and concluded that the candidate has violated regulations or does not meet the conditions and standards, the admission unit, based on current regulations, considers and decides to cancel the previous admission decision according to authority and reports to the Department of Training, while strictly disciplining officers and soldiers who violated admission procedures according to rules and regulations, and publicly announcing within the Police units, localities, and People's Public Security schools.
