Regulations on the General Objectives of Training According to Professional Title Standards for Pedagogical College Lecturers
Pursuant to Subsection 1 Section II, the Training Program according to Professional Title Standards for Pedagogical College Lecturers issued together with Decision 1078/QD-BGDDT in 2022, the general objectives are stipulated as follows:
Equipping learners with knowledge, skills, and methods to perform tasks in the professional activities of public employees teaching in pedagogical colleges (CDSP); contributing to building a team of public employees teaching in pedagogical colleges to meet the standards of professional titles of public employees teaching in pedagogical colleges (hereinafter referred to as pedagogical college lecturers) to meet the requirements of vocational education and science and technology.
Regulations on the Specific Objectives of Training According to Professional Title Standards for Pedagogical College Lecturers
According to the provisions of Subsection 2 Section II, the Training Program according to Professional Title Standards for Pedagogical College Lecturers issued together with Decision 1078/QD-BGDDT in 2022, the specific objectives are as follows:
After completing the training course, learners will be able to:
a) Recognize the role and mission of vocational education (GDNN) in the construction and development of the country.
b) Analyze the basic points of the political system, the state administrative apparatus, and the Vietnamese education system. Know how to apply the guidelines, policies, and laws of the Communist Party and the State in the field of education in general and GDNN in particular during the task performance process;
c) Proactively apply and self-improve basic skills to perform training tasks, scientific research (NCKH), and other tasks of a pedagogical college lecturer. Correctly recognize the role, position, responsibility, and importance of professional development for each pedagogical college lecturer in meeting the requirements for improving training quality; being proactive and confident in professional activities;
d) Apply professional knowledge and skills to perform tasks in accordance with the professional title of a pedagogical college lecturer as stipulated in Circular No. 35/2020/TT-BGDDT dated October 26, 2020, of the Ministry of Education and Training, which prescribes the codes, standards for professional titles, appointment, and salary ranking for public employees teaching in public pedagogical colleges and Circular No. 04/2022/TT-BGDDT dated March 04, 2022, of the Minister of Education and Training amending and supplementing several articles of Circular No. 35/2020/TT-BGDDT dated October 01, 2020, of the Minister of Education and Training, which prescribes the codes, standards for professional titles, appointment, and salary ranking for public employees teaching in public pedagogical colleges; Circular No. 40/2020/TT-BGDDT dated October 26, 2020, of the Minister of Education and Training, which prescribes the codes, standards for professional titles, appointment, and salary ranking for public employees teaching in public higher education institutions.
