What are regulations on class organization and academic fields of study at intermediate schools in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Article 27 of Circular 14/2021/TT-BLDTBXH, class organization and academic fields of study at intermediate schools are prescribed as follows:

1. Intermediate schools may provide intermediate and elementary level fields of study as prescribed in the Government’s law on the conditions of investment and operation in terms of vocational education. Run continuing education programs prescribed in Points a, b, c, and d Clause 1 Article 40 of the Law on Vocational Education at the request of the labor market;

2. The organization of classes in vocational educating shall be conducted in accordance with regulations of the Minister of the Labor-War Invalids and Social Affairs.
