Regime for Teachers Concurrently Serving as National Defense and Security Education Teachers

According to Article 3 of the Joint Circular 15/2015/TTLT-BGDDT-BLDTBXH-BQP-BCA-BNV-BTC, it is stipulated that QPAN teachers are provided with uniforms and therefore are not eligible for uniform allowance.

In Article 4 of this Circular, the teaching hours of QPAN teachers, the standard teaching hours, the conversion to standard teaching hours, and the duties of teachers and lecturers of GDQP&AN shall be implemented according to the current regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training and the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs.

According to Circular 28/2009/TT-BGDDT, when you serve as a QPAN teacher concurrently with being a physical education teacher for a class or a grade, you are not entitled to a reduction in the prescribed teaching hours. If you concurrently serve as the physical education teacher for the entire school, you are entitled to a reduction of 2-3 periods/week depending on the workload, as determined by the Principal.

Moreover, according to Clause 2, Article 4 of Decision 51/2012/QD-TTg, policies are stipulated for teachers who concurrently teach physical education. Specifically: A teacher who concurrently teaches (a teacher who teaches another subject concurrently with teaching physical education) shall be provided with 01 set of long-sleeved sportswear/year, 01 pair of sports shoes/year, 02 pairs of sports socks/year, and 02 short-sleeved sports shirts/year.

Therefore, you are entitled to the above policies when concurrently teaching physical education.
