Regarding Repatriation and Early Termination of Employment Contract with Education Expert
Returning, Termination of the Labor Contract Before Expiration with Education Experts as stipulated in Article 9 of the Regulation on Managing Vietnamese Education Experts Working Abroad under the Management of the Ministry of Education and Training issued with Decision 5366/QD-BGDDT in 2018, specifically:
An education expert who must cease work due to force majeure circumstances must report in writing with confirmation from the foreign employing agency, the Vietnamese representative agency overseas to the International Training Support Center, and must be permitted in writing by the Department of International Cooperation.
In the event that an education expert does not meet the conditions to fulfill requirements of the partner and is terminated by the partner before the contract expires, and is requested to return to the country, the International Training Support Center is responsible for notifying the expert in writing, clearly stating the contract termination date and return.
