Recruitment Examination Fee for Public Employees is 300,000 VND, Is That Correct?
According to Article 2 of Circular 228/2016/TT-BTC, provisions on fee payers are as follows:
- Individuals eligible to submit recruitment examination applications must pay the recruitment fee as stipulated in this Circular when submitting their applications.
- Civil servants and public employees submitting applications for promotion exams to higher ranks or for the advancement of professional titles must pay the examination fees for rank promotion and advancement of officials and public employees as stipulated in this Circular.
Therefore, based on the above regulations, if you are eligible to submit a recruitment examination application, you must pay the recruitment fee when submitting the application.
Article 4 of this Circular stipulates the recruitment fee for public employees (depending on the number of participating candidates) as follows:
