Purpose of Evaluation and Classification of Learning Units
According to Article 3 of Circular 22/2020/TT-BGDDT on the regulations regarding the purpose of evaluating and classifying Learning Units as follows:
- Create opportunities and conditions for members of the unit to engage in regular and lifelong learning, build a model of learning citizens within the units, and act as a core in establishing learning models within the community, contributing to the construction of a learning society.
- Provide a basis for planning the implementation and mobilizing resources to support learning, fostering improvement in quality and efficiency of work among members of the unit.
- Serve as a basis for considering the annual evaluation of the unit’s performance and the performance of its members.
