Probation Period for Grade III Primary School Teachers
Article 21 of Decree 115/2020/ND-CP stipulates:
Individuals recruited as public employees must undergo a probation policy to familiarize themselves with the working environment and practice the duties of the recruited position.
The probation period is regulated as follows:
a) 12 months for recruitment into professional titles requiring a university degree. Specifically, for the professional title of a doctor, it is 09 months;
b) 09 months for recruitment into professional titles requiring a college degree;
c) 06 months for recruitment into professional titles requiring an intermediate level degree.

According to Circular 02/2021/TT-BGDDT (Effective from March 20, 2021), teachers of primary schools at level III are required to have a bachelor's degree (university degree) or higher.
Based on the above regulations, teachers recruited for the professional title of primary school teacher at level III must undergo a 12-month probation period.
