Principles of Operation of the Textbook Selection Council

Question: According to the current law, what are the working principles of the Textbook Selection Council? Looking forward to an early response to my query.

The working principles of the Textbook Selection Council are stipulated in Article 7 of Circular 25/2020/TT-BGDDT. To be specific:

- The Council works based on the principles of centralization, democracy, objectivity, and transparency.

- A meeting of the Council is considered valid when at least 3/4 (three-fourths) of the members participate, including the Chairman, Vice-Chairman, and Secretary of the Council.

- The outcome of each Council meeting is recorded in minutes, which include the full opinions of the members and are made public at the Council. The minutes must bear the signatures of all participating Council members.

Sincerely.
