Principles for Integrating the Education Program of Vietnam with Foreign Education Programs
According to the provisions of Article 2 of Circular 04/2020/TT-BGDDT (Effective from May 5, 2020), the principles of integrating the Vietnamese educational program with foreign educational programs are as follows:
Integration of educational programs must comply with the provisions of Article 6, Article 7, and Article 8 of Decree No. 86/2018/ND-CP and the following regulations:
Ensure scientific, reasonable, feasible principles and suitability to the conditions of implementation in Vietnam.
The content and duration of the integrated educational program must be appropriate to the psychological and physiological characteristics of the students' ages, consistent with the customs and traditions of Vietnam; free from social biases regarding gender, ethnicity, religion, social status.
The integrated educational program must provide guidelines on methods, educational forms, and assessment of educational outcomes, serving as a foundation for developing the school's educational plan.
The integrated educational program must stipulate the conditions of implementation, including: organization and management of program execution; staff, including management, teachers, and employees; facilities and educational equipment.
