Primary School Student with a Score of 7 in Math: Is a Certificate of Merit Possible?
According to Clause 1, Article 13 of the Regulations on Evaluation of Primary School Students issued together with Circular 27/2020/TT-BGDDT regarding the principal awarding certificates of merit at the end of the school year to students:
- Presents the title of Excellent Student to those students who are evaluated to have achieved Outstanding results in education;
- Awards the title of Exemplary Student for those who have performed well in both studies and training, achieved good results in education, and have excelled in at least one subject or shown significant improvement in at least one quality or competence; recognized by the class collective.
Thus, for students who achieve Good results, if they have excellent achievements in at least one subject or show significant progress recognized by the class collective, the Principal will award them the certificate of merit for Exemplary Student. Please base on the above regulations to ensure compliance.
