How are office departments regulated in elementary schools?

How is the office department in elementary schools regulated? Is the office department organized regularly? Looking forward to receiving a response soon.

Office Group in Primary Schools

The Office Group in primary schools is stipulated in Article 15 of the Regulations issued together with Circular 28/2020/TT-BGDDT. To be specific:

- Each primary school has an office group comprising staff who perform tasks related to clerical work, accounting, treasury, school healthcare, and other tasks. The office group has a leader and deputy leader as per regulations.

- The office group has the following duties:

+ Based on the school's educational plans, develop activity plans for the group on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis to serve the implementation of the school's teaching and educational activity programs and plans.

+ Assist the principal in carrying out clerical tasks, managing the school's finances and assets, and perform accounting and statistical work as per regulated policies.

+ Participate in professional and vocational training according to the plans of the group and the school.

+ Engage in evaluating and classifying public employees and laborers; recommend candidates for the positions of group leader and deputy leader.

+ Manage and archive the school's documents.

+ Perform other tasks as assigned by the principal.

- The office group meets at least once a month or as required by the work.

Does the Office Group hold regular meetings?

In Clause 3, Article 15 of the Regulations issued together with Circular 28/2020/TT-BGDDT, it is stipulated:

The office group meets at least once a month or as required by the work.

=> Thus, according to the above regulations, the office group holds regular meetings once a month. In cases where work arises, additional meetings will be organized.

Respectfully.
