Number of Study Days for a Primary Vocational Training Class

According to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 18 of Circular 42/2015/TT-BLDTBXH and Clause 7, Article 1 of Circular 34/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, there are regulations on training time and the allocation of training time:

Depending on the training program, the primary training institution allocates time and training plans for each profession; the maximum and minimum number of modules, credits to be accumulated for each semester, or training period but must meet the following requirements:

- The minimum effective study time for the training program is 10 (ten) weeks and the maximum is 42 (forty-two) weeks. The minimum review and examination or final exam time is 01 (one) week and the maximum is 02 (two) weeks.

- The total time for general activities for the training program is at least 01 (one) week and not more than 02 (two) weeks.

Thus, depending on the training institution, there will be specific study days; however, the above requirements must be met.
