Notice of Penalty for Insufficient Enrollment Time as Required
According to Clause 1b, Article 8 of Decree 04/2021/ND-CP (Effective from March 10, 2021), the content is stipulated as follows:
Fines ranging from VND 10,000,000 to VND 20,000,000 shall be imposed for one of the following acts:
Announcing admission not within the timeframe stipulated by current law.
Note: The aforementioned fine is applicable to administrative violations committed by organizations. For the same administrative violation, the fine for individuals shall be half of that for organizations.
