Must Enroll Within How Much Time?
In Clause 3, Article 20 of the Regulation issued together with Circular 09/2020/TT-BGDDT, it is stipulated:
For candidates who enroll at the school 15 days or more late from the date stated in the admission notice:
- If there is no legitimate reason, it will be considered as dropping out;
- If the delay is due to illness, accident, with a confirmation letter from a district-level hospital or higher, or due to a natural disaster, with a confirmation from the district-level or higher People's Committee, schools will consider and decide whether to admit the candidate or to reserve the admission result for the candidate to enroll later.
=> Therefore, according to the aforementioned regulation, if you have received an admission notice, you must enroll at the time stated in the notice. If you enroll more than 15 days late, you must have a legitimate reason. At that time, the school will consider whether you will be admitted or the admission result will be reserved for you to enroll later.
Sincerely!
