Master's Thesis Not Meeting Requirements: What Must the Student Do?
According to Clauses 5 and 6, Article 9 of the Regulation on Enrollment and Training at the Master's Level promulgated together with Circular 23/2021/TT-BGDDT (Effective from October 15, 2021), which stipulates the evaluation of the thesis, including:
- The thesis score is the average score given by the council members present at the thesis evaluation meeting on a 10-point scale; it is classified as passing when it is greater than or equal to 5.5 points.
- In the case that the thesis does not meet the requirements, the student is allowed to modify and supplement the thesis to be evaluated a second time within 03 months from the date of the first evaluation council meeting; no third evaluation is organized.
Thus, in the event that the master's thesis does not meet the requirements, the student is allowed to modify and supplement for the second evaluation. Note: The deadline is within 03 months from the first evaluation council, no third evaluation will be organized.
Respectfully!
