Management of finance, assets, organizational structure, and personnel in public preschools and public general education institutions

Article 7 of Decree 24/2021/ND-CP stipulates financial and asset management, organizational structure, and personnel as follows:

- The management of finances, assets, organizational structure, and personnel within educational institutions must comply with the regulations on the organization of educational activities stated in this Decree and in accordance with the legal provisions on finance, assets, organizational structure, and personnel.

- Educational institutions are permitted to receive sponsorships from organizations and individuals to enhance the quality of education and to develop the school, ensuring transparency on the purpose of sponsorship and the use of funds aligns with the intended purposes, in accordance with the law.

- The fee levels for service charges to support educational activities, excluding tuition fees, that meet the demands of learners within the educational institution shall be determined by the resolutions of the provincial People's Council based on the proposal of the provincial People's Committee, in accordance with the actual conditions of the locality.
