Management of Admission Activities in Public Preschool and General Education Institutions
Article 5 of Decree 24/2021/ND-CP stipulates the management of enrollment activities as follows:
- Educational institutions conduct enrollment according to the requirements of universal preschool education for 5-year-old children, compulsory education for primary education, and universal lower secondary education as prescribed by law.
- Educational institutions that are self-sustaining in regular expenses and investment expenses and those that are self-sustaining in regular expenses as prescribed by law are autonomous in determining the enrollment methods, enrollment quotas, enrollment subjects, and enrollment areas.
