Duties and powers of the National University
1. Develop strategies, planning, and development plans of the National University.
2. Organize training activities, scientific research, and international cooperation according to the provisions of law; training and fostering scientific talents; Transfer knowledge and provide high quality human resources to serve socio-economic development and international integration.
3. Manage, operate, use and share shared resources and facilities within the National University, ensuring organicity, synchronization and efficiency; Mobilize social resources to build the National University into a higher education institution that gradually meets international and regional standards.
4. Research and provide scientific arguments to contribute to building the country's socio-economic development orientations, guidelines, policies, strategies and plans; Propose and implement key national scientific research programs according to regulations.
5. Implement the information regime and report to the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Education and Training, the Ministry of Science and Technology, and relevant ministries and branches according to regulations; Subject to inspection and examination by the Ministry of Education and Training, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Government Inspectorate, relevant ministries and branches and the Provincial People's Committee where the National University is headquartered according to regulations.
6.
