Is there a discount on ticket price for students when visiting national historical heritages in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Article 10 of the Decree 84/2020/NĐ-CP stipulating exemption and reduction of public service fees for learners and students as follows: 

1.. In case of public transport services:

a) Students shall benefit from reduction in train and bus fares;

b) Public transport service providers shall issue discount tickets for students when they provide student ID cards.

2. In case of public services regarding recreation, museums, historical heritages and cultural structures:

a) Students shall benefit from reduction in ticket price when they directly utilize services of: Museums, historical heritages, libraries, and exhibitions;

b) Cultural and recreational service providers shall issue discount tickets for students when they provide student ID cards.

As regulations above, students may receive a discount on ticket prices when visiting national historical heritages.

Are students suffering from particularly serious impairments exempt from ticket charges when visiting cultural and historical heritages?

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Decree 28/2012/NĐ-CP stipulating price reduction and exemption of ticket and services of culture, sports, recreation and tourism as follows: 

1. People suffering from particularly serious impairments are exempt from ticket and service charges when directly using cultural, sports, recreational and tourist services at the following cultural and sports establishments and facilities:

a) Museums, cultural and historical relics, libraries and exhibitions;

b) Theaters and cinemas;

c) Sports facilities where domestic physical training and sports events take place;

d) Other cultural, sports, recreational and tourist establishments and facilities.

As regulations above, students suffering from particularly serious impairments are exempt from ticket charges when visiting cultural and historical heritages.
