Is There a Disciplinary Action of Expulsion for Students?

At Section III, Circular 08/TT of 1988, it is stipulated:

According to the regulations of the Ministry, the enforcement of discipline for general education students who commit errors in performing their rights and duties includes five forms, specifically applied as follows:

1. Reprimand in front of the class.

2. Reprimand in front of the school's disciplinary council.

3. Warning in front of the whole school.

4. Suspension from school for one week.

5. Suspension from school for one year.

=> Thus, according to the aforementioned regulations, there are forms of requiring students to be suspended from school for one week and for one year for general education students who violate discipline to a certain extent.
