According to Clauses 1 and 2, Article 3 of Circular 22/2013/TT-BYT, the regulations are as follows:
- Continuous training includes short-term training courses such as: supplementary education, skills, professional knowledge; continuous medical education (Continuing Medical Education - CME); continuous professional development (Continuing Professional Development - CPD); technical transfer training; training according to the mission of directive tasks and other specialized professional training courses for health staff that are not under the national education system.
- Continuous training institutions are hospitals, institutes with hospital beds; research institutes; professional/vocational medical education institutions; other educational institutions that provide training programs in the field of health sciences; centers that train medical personnel.
Therefore, professional training in bidding for health staff is not considered continuous training.
