Is it possible to take the graduation exam this year if you have completed 12th grade but have not yet graduated?

Section 1, Article 12 of the High School Graduation Examination Regulations issued together with Circular 15/2020/TT-BGDDT stipulates the candidates eligible to take the exam, including:

- Individuals who have completed the high school program in the year the exam is held;

- Individuals who have completed the high school program but have not taken the graduation exam or have taken the exam but have not graduated in previous years;

- Individuals who already have a High School Graduation Diploma or an Intermediate Level Diploma and take the exam to obtain results as a basis for university admission applications;

- Certain other special cases as decided by the Minister of Education and Training.

Therefore, if you have completed the 12th-grade program but have not taken the high school graduation exam, you may register to take the exam.
