Is it permitted to bring correction pens into the national high school graduation exam room?

According to Point n Clause 4 Article 14 of the High School Graduation Exam Regulations issued together with Circular 15/2020/TT-BGDDT, the responsibilities of candidates are as follows: "It is prohibited to bring into the exam room: Carbon paper, correction pens, alcoholic beverages; weapons and explosive, incendiary substances; documents, communication devices, or devices containing information that could be used for cheating during the exam and grading process."

Additionally, Clause 17 Article 1 of Circular 05/2021/TT-BGDDT stipulates that bringing correction pens into the exam room can also lead to exam suspension.

Furthermore, Point a Clause 3 Article 14 of Decree 04/2021/ND-CP also stipulates that bringing unauthorized items into the exam room can be fined from 1,000,000 VND to 2,000,000 VND.

Thus, bringing a correction pen into the exam room is a prohibited act. If brought in, it can lead to exam suspension and a fine as per the regulations.
