Is Good Conduct Sufficient to Prevent Transfer from Specialized Class?
Article 26 of the Regulations on the Organization and Operation of Specialized High Schools issued together with Circular 06/2012/TT-BGDDT stipulates the cases of transferring students out of specialized classes as follows:
Annually, after each semester, specialized schools organize the screening of students in grades 10 and 11 and transfer to non-specialized high schools or non-specialized classes within the school students belonging to one of the following cases:
- Must repeat the grade.
- Classified as conduct from average or below.
- Classified as academic performance from average or below.
Therefore, in your case, having good conduct means you will not be transferred out of the specialized class.
