Is Fighting Subject to Poor Conduct Evaluation?
According to Clause 4, Article 4 of the Regulation on evaluation and classification of lower secondary and upper secondary school students issued together with Circular 58/2011/TT-BGDDT, the standards for conduct classification are as follows:
For the poor category:
Not meeting the standards for the average classification or having one of the following shortcomings:
- Having serious offenses or repeating mistakes multiple times in implementing the regulations in Clause 1 of this Article, being educated but not corrected;
- Being disrespectful, insulting the dignity and honor, infringing upon the body of teachers and school staff; insulting the honor and dignity of friends or others;
- Cheating in studies, tests, and exams;
- Fighting, causing disorder, disturbing public order in the school or in society; violating traffic safety; causing damage to public property or the property of others.
Based on the above regulations, if your younger sister's classmate engages in fighting and slaps your sister, they may receive a poor conduct classification.
Respectfully!
