Implementation Request for Democracy in the Activities of Educational Institutions
According to Article 3 of Circular 11/2020/TT-BGDDT (Effective from July 1, 2020), regulations on the requirements for the implementation of democracy in the activities of educational institutions are specified as follows:
The implementation of democracy in the activities of educational institutions must be associated with ensuring the leadership of the Communist Party organization; complying with the principles of democratic centralism; promoting the role of the school council, university council (hereinafter collectively referred to as the school council), the principal, and mass organizations within the educational institution.
Democracy within the framework of the Constitution and laws; resolutely dealing with acts that abuse democracy to violate the law, infringe the legitimate rights and interests of educators, administrators, workers, and learners, and obstruct the performance of the educational institution's duties.
