How many months is the probationary period for a Rank III High School Teacher?
Article 21 of Decree 115/2020/ND-CP stipulates:
Individuals recruited into public employment must undergo probation policies to familiarize themselves with the working environment and practice performing tasks related to the recruited job position.
The probation period is regulated as follows:
a) 12 months for recruitment into professional titles requiring a university degree. Specifically, the probation period for the medical doctor title is 9 months;
b) 9 months for recruitment into professional titles requiring a college degree;
c) 6 months for recruitment into professional titles requiring a secondary vocational training degree.

According to Circular 04/2021/TT-BGDDT (Effective from March 20, 2021), teachers of the Grade III high school category are required to hold a bachelor's degree (university degree) or higher.
From the above regulations, teachers recruited into the Grade III high school teacher category must undergo a 12-month probation period.
