How is the Transportation of High School Graduation Exam Papers Regulated?
Based on Clause 3, Article 18 of the High School Graduation Examination Regulations issued with Circular 15/2020/TT-BGDDT, the process for transportation and handover of exam papers in the 2020 high school graduation examination is specified as follows:
- The Head of the Transportation and Handover Committee of exam papers is concurrently held by the leadership of the Examination Council; the members of the Committee and the police officers tasked with protection and supervision are appointed by the Chairman of the Examination Council;
- The Transportation and Handover Committee of exam papers is responsible for receiving sealed exam paper bags from the Exam Paper Printing and Duplication Committee, securing, transporting, and distributing the exam papers to the Examination Sites;
- The exam paper bags must be stored in locked and sealed boxes, cabinets, or safes and protected continuously 24 hours a day; the keys are held by the Head of the Transportation and Handover Committee of exam papers; the Head of the Transportation and Handover Committee of exam papers may authorize in writing the person in charge of the transportation team or group to hold and hand over the keys of the boxes, safes containing the exam paper bags to the Heads of Examination Sites;
- Documentation and records of handover of exam papers between the Exam Paper Printing and Duplication Committee and the Transportation and Handover Committee of exam papers, and between the Transportation and Handover Committee of exam papers and the Heads of Examination Sites must be made and stored.
