How is the issuance of high school graduation diplomas regulated?

Based on Article 45 of the Regulation on High School Graduation Examination promulgated together with Circular 15/2020/TT-BGDDT, the issuance of high school graduation diplomas is to be carried out as follows:

"Candidates stipulated in points a and b, Clause 1, Article 12 of this Regulation, if meeting the graduation requirements, shall be awarded the High School Graduation Diploma. 2. The Director of the Department of Education and Training is responsible for managing and directing the issuance of High School Graduation Diplomas, issuing copies of the High School Graduation Diploma, and other related certificates concerning the addition of encouragement points, prioritization, and reservation of results in the examination as per the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training."

The above stipulations pertain to the issuance of high school graduation diplomas as specified in the Regulation on High School Graduation Examination.
