How is Data Connection with Sectoral Database on Educational Institutions Regulated?
According to Article 11 of Circular 26/2019/TT-BGDDT, the regulation on connecting and integrating data with the sectoral Database is as follows:
- Management software in schools, educational databases at localities (collectively referred to as local educational management software) are supported to connect and exchange data with the sectoral Database. The unit in charge of managing local educational management software is responsible for contacting and cooperating with the Ministry of Education and Training (through the Department of Information Technology) to receive guidance and support for connecting and exchanging data with the sectoral Database.
- Local educational management software must fully comply with the technical data regulations of the sectoral Database system for early childhood education and general education issued by the Ministry of Education and Training. The list of local educational management software that meets the technical data regulations of the sectoral Database system for early childhood education and general education and has been connected to exchange data with the sectoral Database will be publicly announced on the Ministry of Education and Training's electronic portal and the Department of Information Technology's electronic portal (Ministry of Education and Training).
