How are the Rights of Teachers and Staff at Kindergartens Regulated?
The rights of teachers and staff of nursery schools are stipulated in Article 29 of the Charter issued together with Circular 52/2020/TT-BGDDT. Specifically:
- To be respected, and protected in terms of dignity, honor, and physical integrity, and to enjoy material and spiritual benefits as stipulated.
- To have the autonomy to carry out professional tasks with the support of professional groups and the school; to be ensured the conditions to perform tasks of nurturing, caring for, and educating children.
- To receive salary, allowances, subsidies, and other policies as stipulated by law.
- To be facilitated in studying and training to improve professional qualifications and skills, to enjoy full salary, salary-related allowances, and other policies as stipulated when nominated by competent authorities for study and training.
- To be rewarded and awarded emulation titles and other noble titles as prescribed.
- Other rights as stipulated by law.
