How are national high school exam candidates who add unrelated content to their exam papers dealt with?
Pursuant to Article 49 of Circular 04/2017/TT-BGDDT stipulates:
- Examination suspension for candidates committing any of the following violations:
+ ...
+ Writing or drawing on the exam paper any content not related to the exam.
- Cancellation of exam results for candidates:
+ ...
+ Writing or drawing on the exam paper any content not related to the exam.
Additionally, Clause 10, Article 1 of Circular 08/2020/TT-BGDDT (effective May 8, 2020) also stipulates:
Candidates suspended from the exam must submit their exam paper, exam question paper, and draft paper to the exam supervisor and leave the exam room immediately after the decision. Suspended candidates can only leave the exam area after two-thirds of the time allocated for essay exams and after the multiple-choice exam period has ended. Suspended candidates will have the results of all exams in that examination period canceled.
=> Therefore, in the upcoming high school graduation exams, candidates who write any content not related to the exam on their papers will be suspended and have all their exam results for that examination period canceled.
The above is the supportive content.
Sincerely!
