Handling the Results of High School Graduation Exam when There is a Score Discrepancy between Two Markings
Based on point a, clause 4, Article 27 of the High School Graduation Examination Regulations issued with Circular 15/2020/TT-BGDDT on handling the results of discrepancies between two grading instances as follows:
The overall score or component score discrepancy (excluding miscalculation cases) is less than 1.0 point: The two grading officials shall discuss and agree on the score, then record the score, sign and clearly write their full names on all of the candidate's answer sheets.
The overall score or component score discrepancy (excluding miscalculation cases) is from 1.0 to 1.5 points: The two grading officials shall discuss and record the discussion in writing, report to the Head of Subject Grading to agree on the score (without correcting the score in the grading sheet or the total score section in the test); thereafter, record the score, sign and clearly write their full names on all of the candidate's answer sheets. If an agreement cannot be reached, the Head of Subject Grading shall decide the score, record the score, and sign the test.
The overall score or component score discrepancy (excluding miscalculation cases) is greater than 1.5 points: The Head of Subject Grading shall organize a third grading directly on the candidate's test using a different color ink.
