Doctoral Dissertation Requirements for Compliance During Review and Assessment in Which Cases?

According to Clause 1, Article 21 of the Regulations on Admission and Training for Doctoral Degrees issued together with Circular 18/2021/TT-BGDDT (Effective from August 15, 2021) regarding the handling of the results of the examination and verification of doctoral dissertations, it is stipulated that:

The examination and verification results meet the requirements in the following cases:

- The training process records provided by the training institution satisfactorily guarantee the admission process, training organization, management, and the dissertation evaluation process as applied to the doctoral candidate according to the institution's regulations;

- The quality of the dissertation is approved by at least 02 out of 03 scientists holding the title of professor or associate professor, holding a Doctor of Science or Doctor's degree, with the appropriate expertise, well-versed in the topic and research field of the doctoral candidate, and agreeing with the specialization opinion.
