Cycle and Authority for Evaluation According to the Standards of Preschool Educational Institution Principals

Evaluation Cycle and Authority under the Principal Standards of Preschool Educational Institutions as stipulated in Article 11 of Circular 25/2018/TT-BGDDT promulgating the Standards for Principals of Preschool Educational Institutions. Specifically:

- Evaluation Cycle

+ The principal conducts self-evaluation on an annual cycle at the end of the school year;

+ The direct superior management agency evaluates the principal every two years at the end of the school year. In special cases, the superior management agency may decide to shorten the evaluation cycle.

- Evaluation Authority

+ The Head of the Department of Education and Training presides over the evaluation of the principal of preschool educational institutions within their authority;

+ The Director of the Department of Education and Training presides over the evaluation of principals of affiliated preschool educational institutions within their authority;

+ Heads of other units preside over the evaluation of principals of affiliated preschool educational institutions.
