Criteria for Professional Ethics and Working Style of Principals in Preschool Education Institutions

I am Nguyen Hung, currently working in the field of education. I have the following query and kindly request a prompt response from the Editorial Department. Specifically: How are the professional ethics standards and work style criteria for principals of preschools regulated?

Criteria for professional ethics and working style of principals in preschool educational institutions are stipulated in Clause 1, Article 4 of Circular 25/2018/TT-BGDDT promulgating the Standards for principals of preschool educational institutions. Specifically:

- Satisfactory Level: Effectively implement regulations on teachers' ethics, possess an appropriate demeanor and working methods; lead the strict implementation of regulations on teachers' ethics in the school;

- Good Level: Regularly self-improve professional ethics, maintain teachers' qualities, reputation, and honor; have the consciousness to develop a scientific working style; promptly identify and correct violations of ethics among teachers and staff; proactively create in establishing the rules and regulations in the school;

- Excellent Level: Serve as an exemplary role model in the school in terms of professional ethics; have a positive influence and support preschool educational institution administrators in implementing teachers' ethics regulations and scientific working styles in the school.
