Criteria for Professional and Personal Development of Principals at Early Childhood Education Institutions

Principals of Early Childhood Education Institutions must meet the standards of professional ethics, modern management thinking, and a scientific working style. Regarding this issue, I would like to ask the Editorial Board: How are the criteria for personal professional and vocational development of principals in early childhood education institutions regulated?

Criteria for self-professional and career development for principals of preschool educational institutions as stipulated in Clause 3, Article 4 of Circular 25/2018/TT-BGDDT promulgating the Standards for Principals of Preschool Educational Institutions. Specifically:

- Satisfactory Level: Meet the training qualification standards as prescribed and complete training courses and professional, vocational training as required; have a regular learning and development plan for professional and vocational enhancement; promptly update the industry's requirements for innovation in professional expertise;

- Fair Level: Proactively self-study, update and expand knowledge, enhance professional competence to meet the demands for innovation and improve the quality of nurturing, healthcare, and comprehensive educational development for children;

- Good Level: Support the preschool educational institution management staff in professional and vocational development to meet and improve the quality of nurturing, healthcare, and comprehensive educational development for children.
