Criteria for organizing the development of a school development plan by the preschool educational institution principal as stipulated in Clause 1, Article 5 of Circular 25/2018/TT-BGDDT, promulgating the Standards for Preschool Educational Institution Principals. Specifically:

- Satisfactory level: Organize the development of plans and supervise, evaluate the implementation of the school development plan appropriately with practical conditions; direct professional teams, teachers, and staff to develop plans for nurturing, health care, and comprehensive child development education according to regulations;

- Fair level: Innovate and be creative in organizing plan development; supervise and evaluate the implementation of the school development plan and the plans of professional teams, teachers, and staff;

- Good level: Support the management staff of preschool educational institutions in organizing the development, supervision, and evaluation of the implementation of the school development plan.
