Criteria for Personnel Management by the Principal of a Preschool Educational Institution
Criterion for school human resource management by the principal of a preschool educational institution as stipulated in Clause 4, Article 5 of Circular 25/2018/TT-BGDDT, issuing the Regulation on standards for principals of preschool educational institutions. Specifically:
- Attainment Level: Organize the development of a job position proposal; actively propose recruitment of personnel as per regulations; utilize teachers and staff according to their expertise and skills; evaluate and classify teachers and staff; organize the development and implementation of regular training and professional development plans to enhance the professional competencies of teachers and staff, school management competencies for the management team and those in the planning process for the positions of principal and vice-principal of the school; implement policies and reward schemes in conformity.
- Fair Level: Utilize teachers and staff efficiently and streamlined; effectively motivate the continuous development of teachers' professional competencies and school management competencies for the management team and those in the planning process for the positions of principal and vice-principal of the school;
- Good Level: Support preschool educational institution management staff in human resource management within the school.
