Criteria for Organizational Management and School Administration of the Principal of an Early Childhood Education Institution as Regulated in Clause 5, Article 5 of Circular No. 25/2018/TT-BGDDT Issuing Standards for Principals of Early Childhood Education Institutions. To be specific:
- Achieved Level: Organizing the development and implementation of specific regulations on organization and administration within the school; implementing the assignment and coordination between specialized teams, office teams, and other departments to perform tasks as prescribed;
- Fair Level: Organizing a streamlined and effective administrative apparatus; delegating and authorizing departments and individuals within the school to perform tasks efficiently;
- Good Level: Applying information technology to the school's organizational and administrative management activities; supporting early childhood education institution managers in organizational and administrative management of the school.
