Copy of the Graduation Certificate from the Original Register Has Equivalent Value to the Original Graduation Certificate?
Pursuant to Article 28 of the Regulations issued with Circular 21/2019/TT-BGDDT, stipulations are as follows:
Article 28. Legal value of copies of diplomas and certificates from originals
Copies of diplomas and certificates from originals are valid for use in place of the originals in transactions, except where otherwise stipulated by law.
In cases where there are grounds to believe that the copy is forged or illegal, the receiving agencies or organizations shall require the holder of the copy of the diploma or certificate to present the original for comparison or conduct verification.
=> Thus, according to the above regulation, the value of a copy of a diploma issued from the original book is equivalent to that of the original diploma. However, it cannot be used as a basis for issuing further copies.
Respectfully.
