Conditions for Recruiting Native English Speakers to Teach at English Language Centers

According to Clauses 1 and 5, Article 18 of the Regulation on the organization and operation of foreign language and information technology centers issued together with Circular 21/2018/TT-BGDDT, stipulating the positions and standards of teachers, specifically:

- Teachers of foreign language and information technology centers are those who perform teaching and practical guidance tasks, including full-time teachers, contract teachers who are Vietnamese, native teachers (for specific languages), and foreign nationals.

- Native teachers teaching foreign languages (for specific languages): Must have an associate degree or higher and an appropriate foreign language teaching certificate.

Thus, for native teachers, they must have an associate degree and an appropriate foreign language teaching certificate to meet the standards. Therefore, this center can recruit such teachers if they have the additional foreign language teaching certificate.
