Conditions for Recognition of Master's Degree Graduation

According to Clause 1 Article 12 of the Regulations on Admission and Training at the Master's level Issued together with Circular 23/2021/TT-BGDDT (Effective from October 15, 2021) regulating on graduation recognition and master’s degree issuance, wherein:

Regarding the conditions for students to be recognized for graduation:

- Have completed the coursework of the training program and successfully defended the thesis or project;

- Have a foreign language proficiency that meets the requirements according to the output standard of the training program prior to the graduation review; this is evidenced by one of the diplomas or certificates of foreign language proficiency equivalent to Level 4 according to the 6-level Foreign Language Proficiency Framework for Vietnam stipulated in the Appendix of this Regulation or other equivalent certificates announced by the Ministry of Education and Training, or a bachelor's degree or higher in a foreign language major, or a bachelor's degree or higher in another major where the program is entirely conducted in a foreign language;

- Have fulfilled responsibilities as required by the training institution; are not subject to criminal prosecution and are not under disciplinary action or suspension from studies.
