Change from Hanoi Law University Dak Lak Campus to Main Campus, is it allowed?

Section 1, Article 16 of the Undergraduate Training Regulation issued together with Circular 08/2021/TT-BGDDT provides for the transfer of majors, transfer of study locations, transfer of training institutions, and change of study modes as follows:

A student may be considered for transfer to another program, another training major, another branch of the training institution, or from a branch to the main campus when the following conditions are met:

- The student is not in their first year or final year of study, is not under consideration for expulsion, and still has enough time to study as prescribed in Section 5, Article 2 of this Regulation;

- The student meets the admission requirements of the program, training major, or main campus (or branch) within the same admission cohort;

- The training institution, main campus (or branch) meets the necessary quality assurance conditions and has not exceeded the training capacity for that program or major as prescribed by the current regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training;

- The transfer has the consent of the heads of the specialized units in charge of the program, training major, the person in charge of the branch (both departing and receiving), and the head of the training institution.

=> According to the aforementioned regulation, since you are currently a first-year student, you are not eligible for consideration to transfer from the Dak Lak branch of Hanoi Law University to the main campus.
