Can students who have been expelled retake the THPT exam for university admission?

Based on Point c Clause 1 Article 12 of the High School Graduation Examination Regulations issued with Circular 15/2020/TT-BGDDT, the eligible candidates for the high school graduation examination are as follows:

Individuals who already have a High School Graduation Diploma, or individuals who already have an Intermediate Level Graduation Diploma may take the examination to obtain results for use as a basis for university admission registration.

Regarding the conditions for taking the examination, Clause 2 of this Article also provides regulations; however, there are no provisions regarding the examination conditions for individuals who already have a high school graduation diploma.

Thus, in your case, you are still eligible to take the examination to obtain results for university admission if you so desire.
