Can students dye their hair?
According to Article 37 of the Charter of Secondary Schools, High Schools, and Schools with Multiple Levels issued under Circular 32/2020/TT-BGDDT, the following behaviors are prohibited for students:
Insulting the dignity and honor, infringing the physical body of teachers, staff, school employees, other individuals, and fellow students.
Cheating in studying, exams, testing, and admissions.
Buying, selling, and using alcohol, beer, cigarettes, narcotics, other stimulants, fireworks, and explosive substances.
Using mobile phones and other devices during class time not for learning purposes and without the teacher's permission.
Fighting, disturbing order, and security within the school and in public.
Using or exchanging cultural products with violent or obscene content; using toys or playing games harmful to their healthy development.
Students are prohibited from other acts as stipulated by law.
=> Thus, according to the above regulations, the charter of secondary schools and high schools does not prohibit students from dyeing their hair.
Although the school charter does not have this prohibition, it also depends on the regulations of each school!
Sincerely.
