Can a Public Employee Legally Establish a Private Preschool?
According to Article 15 of Circular 13/2015/TT-BGDDT, stipulating the standards for the owner of a private preschool establishment, to be specific:
- The individual applying for the establishment of a private independent kindergarten or preschool class must be a citizen of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
- Good character and ethics;
- Good health;
- Possessing at least a high school diploma; having a certificate of training in management, care, and education of children or a certificate of training for education management officials as prescribed.
Thus, if you are a public employee of a school and meet the above standards, you will be eligible to be named as the owner of a private preschool education establishment.
